Cleanliness they say is next to godliness. You’ve probably heard that statement before, right? Even if you haven’t, I’m sure you know that staying healthy has a lot to do with keeping away from harmful organisms that may cause illness. Of course eating good food is also important and fruits are good choices when it comes to eating the right kind of food.

There are several ways of taking fruits: as solids, as fruit salads, or as juices. A popular and tasty way is as juices and the best form of juice is fresh juice. A juice extractor is needed to make juice and when it comes to this, stainless steel juicers are the best! There are several reasons why this claim is true but that is not the focus of this article. By the way, I am the owner and also double as the “chef” in a fruit store. We make fruit juices and people come to buy from us. I’ve tried several juicers, but a stainless steel juicer remains the best and I don’t hesitate recommending it to people.

So, back to staying healthy. Most illnesses are caused by harmful organisms, a lot of which cannot be seen without the aid of a microscope. Some of the popular ones are fungi and bacteria. They are usually on the prowl for niches where they can grow and multiply. So how does this relate to a stainless steel juicer? Well if you are interested in (and you should pretty much be!) cleanliness and staying healthy with fruit juices, then you should definitely go for a stainless steel juicer.

The reason for this recommendation is due to the design and characteristics of a stainless steel juicer. Unlike others, a stainless steel juicer is made in such a way that it is practically impossible for microorganisms to get breeding places. This is due to the absence of breaks, cracks, or cavities that may serve as “replication centers” for these harmful microbes. Compared to other types of juicers such as plastic, a stainless steel juicer is far safer.

Naturally, microbes are always on the search for homes where they can have ready access to sources of food or energy. Fruits are good sources for them and your juicer, a prime target. But with stainless steel juicers, this risk is reduced to the lowest level possible as they does not encourage the growth of these microbes.
