There are different types of stainless steel juicers available in the market which is why you need to apply caution in order to get the most suitable one for your needs. But before we go into the various types, why should you even consider getting a juicer and a stainless steel juicer at that?

The reason for this is quite straightforward. Are you interested in living a healthy and disease free life? Do you find it easier to take fruits or vegetables in liquid form? Do you like taking freshly made juice? If you answer yes to any of these questions, then you need to get a juicer. Oh, by the way, do you like to get value for every cent spent? Now that we’ve settled the issue of why you need a juicer, we can now move on to the available types of stainless steel juicers. A juicer is basically a machine that can be used to crush fruits and vegetables in other to extract the nutrients in liquid form. It’s a great way of acquiring the essential nourishment in fruits and vegetables. The types of stainless steel juicers available can be classified based on two criteria: mechanism of action and brand.

Type based on mode of action

Masticating types: these types of stainless steel juicers are usually more expensive than the other types. They come equipped with a motor that allows proper grinding of fruits and vegetables. The process involves chopping of the produce before grinding in other to extract the contained juice.

Centrifugal type: this type of juicer works on a basic principle of physics: centrifugal. The fruits or vegetables are first grated with the aid of an inbuilt shredder. The product of this shredding is then passed on to a strainer or basket which is then rotated at a very high speed to extricate the juice from the pulp.

Centrifugal ejection type: this type of stainless steel juicer works on the same principle of centrifugal as the one mentioned immediately above. They differ however in that the pulp from the shredder is passed out neatly which facilitates easy maintenance.

Type based on brand

Several brands of stainless steel juicers are available and it’s difficult to recommend any particular one. Some reputable brands however include: Jack Lalanne, Samson, Champion, Juice Fountain, and Omega amidst others.
